Are you aware of the inner and outer relationships that govern your health, happiness, and well-being? Have you ever thought of your body, mind, heart, and soul, as parts of your human ecology system that are designed to work together for optimal wholeness, just as nature, plants, animals, insects, and ecosystems are designed to work together for optimal wholeness? In today's world, it is easy to lose a sacred connection with the parts that make us whole. This loss of connection is (in large part) the cause of humanity’s stress and unhappiness. In this course module you are invited to reconnect with your whole self and the natural world that you are an integral part of. Learn how to give nature a voice. Discover a fun way to see your own beauty and power in the faces (and forces) of nature. Explore how the laws of nature support your emotional balance and growth. Recover your sense of place, purpose, and belonging in the great web of life.

(2a) Are You in a Healthy and Loving Relationship with Yourself, the Earth, and All Living Things?
Living in an eco-relational way is about living with an awareness of the relationships that define our wholeness and using our awareness of these relationships to increase our sense of belonging and purpose. This has more to do with our senses and imagination, which create a feeling connection to life, versus a thinking connection alone.
In this dialogue, you will be asked to consider whether you are in a healthy and loving relationship with your body and the Earth. You’ll discover that some people don’t think it’s possible to be in a relationship with the parts of themselves that make them whole (their bodies, minds, hearts, and souls), or the parts that makes the Earth whole (plants, insects, animals, ecosystems, and the greater cosmos.
Not being in a relationship with the parts that make you and the Earth whole, you will learn, is a way to become fragmented and to feel empty, without a true sense of who you are or how you fit into the great web of life.
You will realize that in the circle of life, everyone and everything is equal and has an equal voice whether that voice is expressed in words. Do you recognize the ways that your body and the Earth are always communicating with you, even though they don’t (like humans) use words to speak?
In this dialogue, you will learn about the senses you were born with that guide you to see, hear, know, feel, and intuit the ways that your body and the Earth communicate with you.
The health of our Earth today is more compromised than it has ever been due to disconnection from nature and our disregard for what our senses have been trying to tell us about the state of our planet.
What do you know about how animals, plants, insects, ecosystems, and people are now being affected by climate change, and how they will be affected in the future?
How do you feel about the ecological problems that are confronting mankind? Are fears and negative emotions preventing you from facing these problems head on and taking responsibility for your part in creating them? What is the alternative to your negative emotions that will enable you to be better and do better?
Gratitude is essential to restoring well-being to our bodies and the Earth. How do we show gratitude to them? How do you show gratitude (in a practical sense) to your body, your mind, your heart, and your soul? Likewise, how do you show gratitude (in a practical sense) to the living things that you depend upon for your life, health, and survival?
To grow and thrive in our eco-challenged world today, we need to regrow our broken bonds with the natural world, which, in turn, will help us to regrow our broken bonds with ourselves.
When we enter intimate relationships with ourselves and the natural world, we discover the true joy of being alive. Without this connection, we lose the awareness that the Earth is alive to nurture us, and we are alive to nurture the Earth.
Discovery Mission 2:
Re-Growing Your Broken Bonds with Your Self, the Earth, and All Living Things
From the moment you took your first breath of life, nature has been a part of you, and you have been a part of nature, including its changing rhythms and cycles which symbolize life, death, and rebirth. Nature is your link to the cosmos and to the basic Earth elements that support life—air, water, soil, and sunlight—and make a home on this Earth for all living things. Who you are when you are alone in the natural world says a lot about your capacity to cultivate health and happiness. Nature offers to be a constant source of inspiration, giving you glimpses of life’s beauty, power, majesty, mystery, and eco-intelligence at work. And if you’re willing to open your heart and call on your senses to connect with it, you have a rich opportunity to awaken to your own beauty and power. In this mission, you are invited to cast aside your left-brain pre-conceptions about what nature is and enter a magical right-brain circle of life where all things are connected to you, and you are connected to all things. You will read several statements about nature and your relationship with it and decide if you resonate with them and if they reinforce your sense of belonging in the world. Each part concludes with a short series of questions designed to expand your thinking even further by inviting you to articulate your thoughts and feelings about nature.
Discovery and Empowerment Dialogue Overview
(2b) Are You in a Healthy and Loving Relationship with Yourself, the Earth, and All Living Things?
This dialogue asks you to consider questions such as: Did your participation in Discovery Mission 2 inspire you to connect with the natural world in a more meaningful way? Did it help you to feel closer to nature and to know that all parts of it are alive, just as you are? Did you discover a new way to think about yourself and the beautiful and powerful qualities nature possesses which are inherent in you, as well?
The idea (explored in Discovery and Empowerment Dialogue 1a) that your senses are vitally important to your survival on Earth today is reinforced in this dialogue because they connect you to your primitive feeling self rather than your culturally conditioned thinking self.
Through this view of life, you learn to experience everything and everyone as a living part of the interconnected web of life, a web that thrives on healthy interaction. This view of life invites you to know that, because you are connected to the whole, your actions in the world matter.
In this dialogue, you will gain an understanding of the value of bonding with the natural world and consider whether your early life experiences prepared you to bond with it. The Earth, you will discover, is the mother of all mothers, and is waiting for you to bond with her.
You will also explore what it means to personify nature and how personifying it can fortify your relationship with plants, insects, animals, and ecosystems and enhance the ways that you care for life.
Part of living well on Earth, this dialogue will support you in knowing, has to do with recognizing nature’s laws and respecting them as we would human-made laws. These are the “spiritual laws” that give us a way to observe how nature works. The cycles of life, the seasons, and all expressions of life serve to guide us in transforming our lives.
Does the Earth serve as a mirror of our human consciousness? And is it possible that the Earth functions as a psychotherapist of sorts? These are the questions this dialogue invites you to ponder.
Discovery and Empowerment Dialogue Overview
(2Xa) Are You in a Healthy and Loving Relationship with Yourself, the Earth, and All Living Things?
In this dialogue, you will answer the question: Can you regrow your broken bonds with yourself, others, and the natural world if you are preoccupied with your e-devices?
You will explore your technological means of connection, such as computers, cell phones, and television sets, and how their uncontrolled use can interfere with a real connection to each other and to the Earth that humans need for health and happiness.
Are you aware of the telecommunication industry’s plan to change the world forever, and not in a good way that respects and honors the health and well-being of people and life forms? In this dialogue, you will get the inside scoop!
You will also learn about the potentially harmful effects on human health of wireless radiation, which is emitted from cell towers as well as cell phones, computers, and all wireless appliances and devices.
In this dialogue, you will explore the systems within the human body that are affected by wireless radiation and the symptoms of “dis-ease” that they produce through short- or long-term exposure to electromagnetic radiation.
Discover the health condition that is impacting more and more people because of their exposure to wireless radiation, and why many people are exploring safe communities, away from urban areas where wireless technology is an ever-present danger.
Who will protect your health from the effects of Wi-Fi? You are encouraged to learn about people and organizations in the United States who are playing a leading role in the movement to hold the telecommunications industry accountable.
Do you have a good sense of how your use (and/or abuse) of your e-devices impacts the health and well-being of your mind, heart, and soul? This dialogue will give you a chance to process your feelings about this.

Discovery Mission 2X:
Are You EMF Sensitive? If So, What Can You Do about It?
Are you sensitive to wireless radiation? If you are, how would you know? If you got a headache or developed insomnia, would you connect it to your exposure to EMFs and Wi-Fi? If you felt dizzy, unbalanced, or anxious, would you connect it to EMFs and Wi-Fi? If you developed a brain tumor or had a stroke, would you connect it to EMFs and Wi-Fi? Electro-Hypersensitivity Syndrome (EHS) from exposure to EMFs and Wi-Fi is essentially a conglomerate of physical symptoms. A fast-growing number of people who are suffering with the condition tend to experience some combination of physical symptoms like nausea, headaches, heart palpitations, fatigue, and skin rashes, often cyclically, or even at the same time. Less commonly, they may also complain of confusion, memory loss, panic attacks, and the like. Some people become so sick from their exposure to Wi-Fi that they find themselves bedridden and unable to work and function within society. Researchers and public health officials have documented the symptoms of EMR (EMF) toxicity. They are real, and patients aren’t making them up. EHS, to be clear, is a real syndrome, and the international health community has recognized it as such.
Discovery and Empowerment Dialogue Overview
(2Xb) Are You in a Healthy and Loving Relationship with Yourself, the Earth, and All Living Things?
In this dialogue, you will review what you learned in Discovery Mission 2X about the impact of wireless radiation on your health.
You will learn about how the Earth’s magnetic field is being disturbed by wireless technologies and creating conditions that are making the Earth a less-than-friendly place to live for millions of people.
You will also explore the ways in which plants, insects, and animals are being adversely impacted by wireless radiation. As painful as it might be to think that living things are being put in harm’s way, your understanding of this issue will reinforce the knowledge you’ve gained about how humans are being impacted by it.
Is life on Earth finite? Should we be investing our money in technologies that will be used to colonize other planets and that represent more business opportunities for billionaires? You will have the chance to ponder this question.
Are you aware that thousands of wireless satellites are being sent into orbit around the Earth and that their short distance from the Earth will negatively impact the health of people and all living things? In this dialogue, you will explore how these satellites create space debris, dangers to space explorers, and potential disruption of the weather events in space that can influence life on Earth.
How do you feel about the use of wireless technology to track individuals the world over? Do you think it’s a good thing for the government and Big Tech to always know your location, harvest your personal data for profit, force you to use smart technology in all its myriad forms, and give up your health freedoms?
Technology is here to stay, but is it the only means for our advancement as a species? What role do our hearts and souls play in guiding us to live smarter on Earth? These are the questions this dialogue invites you to ponder.
