Are you aware of how your lifestyle choices, food choices, and health care choices (created by industrial production systems) have been hurting the health of your body, the Earth, and all living things? If not, it's time to get acquainted with the toxic, outdated lifestyle paradigms that have led to eco-disintegration within your body and the Earth, and explore new systems that are designed to foster their eco-integration. Do you want to get a handle on how your social conditioning has led you to cater to the wants of your idealized self and contribute to "Affluenza" in our culture at large? Would you like to create more simple abundance in your life, and envision a new dream for yourself and the planet that honors and celebrates your authentic needs?
Candia Lea Cole, the founder of Eco-Learning Legacies, is known by her peers within the holistic health community as the eco-intelligent lifestyle mentor. She creates educational tools that support individuals, families, and wellness educators to learn (and teach) about the why and the how of creating a clean, green lifestyle that nourishes wellness in body, mind, heart, and soul, as well as the earth and all living things. Candia's experience with environmental illness while growing up led her to awaken her innate eco-intelligence and to embark on a path of self-learning and self-healing. Her inspirational books, teaching infographics, video cooking classes, lifestyle podcasts, and her Eco-Mentor Leadership Trainings, all of which reflect her passion and compassion, have invited praise from many global change-agents.
In this dialogue, which explores the topic ‘Is Your Lifestyle Eco-Conscious?’ you will discover how we, as a global culture, have fallen asleep to the painful realities that our unconscious ways of living on the Earth have created.
You will answer the question: “Are you concerned about the future of life on Earth?”
You’ll get a snapshot of how our human behaviors have contributed to problems such as ozone depletion, water, and air pollution, warming oceans, water shortages, loss of biodiversity, species extinction, topsoil erosion, warming oceans, and other issues which, now more than ever in the Earth’s long history, are threatening the ability of the Earth to support life.
You will consider how you feel about these realities that are impacting the planet’s health as well as your own, to determine if you feel hopeful or hopeless about the situation. And you’ll think about the importance of being part of a movement that is designed to support you in leaving a better legacy for your generation and the next.
You’ll answer the question: “Do the seeds of your actions in the world matter?” and you’ll answer additional questions about what you believe constitutes an eco-conscious lifestyle.
You’ll explore the difference between doing “green” things to cultivate an eco-conscious lifestyle and being eco-conscious, which relates to being in touch with how life nurtures you and how you nurture life.
Do you know the true definition of the term “ecos?” This dialogue will enlighten you to the idea that “ecos” is not something that exists outside of you alone. It also exists inside of you.
Have you been taught to think that your body and the Earth are separate organisms functioning independently of one another? If so, this dialogue will help you to see how your body and the Earth are connected, and how they are designed to function interdependently for optimal wholeness.
Are you conscious of the words you speak and the thoughts you think which contribute to eco-disintegration in your body and the Earth? This dialogue shares examples of how a “separation mentality” leads to disintegration not only in your body and the Earth but in the culture at large.

Every decision we make about what to buy, what to eat, how to go about our everyday lives, and medicate ourselves has an impact on our health Earth’s health, but information about those impacts is hard to come by. This mission is designed to supply some of that missing information by raising your awareness about how our nation’s industrial production systems (in the areas of lifestyle, agriculture, and health care) operate. Do you know how these systems contribute to eco-disintegration in your body and the Earth? In this Discovery Mission, you will compare six paradigms that offer you truthful insights—both positive and negative—about how your daily choices impact your health and the Earth. It’s important to have accurate information about the consequences of our choices and actions if we’re going to make the best decisions for the Earth and for our own health and well-being.
Does your ego contribute to the eco-disintegration that we see taking place within our bodies and the Earth? In this Dialogue, you will come to understand that your ego is not the enemy—the image of yourself that you want others to see, is!
You will explore the way in which your identification with the image that you create of yourself drives you to cater to your wants, which in many instances perpetuates the problem of eco-disintegration in your body and the Earth.
You will discover that defending an idealized image of yourself (an image that, at times, fools you into believing you are the center of the universe) is an exhausting, useless, and never-ending task that perpetuates self-doubt and invites dissatisfaction and unhappiness.
You will discover that when you are focused solely on yourself, you are likely catering to the demands of your ego (which feeds your false sense of self): you are likely pretending to be someone you’re not.
You are encouraged to remember who you are, at the heart’s core of your being, a human being who was born with eco-intelligence and whose true human needs have nothing to do with your wants.
Do corporations (like people) have an idealized image of themselves? You will have a chance to explore the answer to this question and consider whether or not they operate from a place of true power or false power.

Discovery Mission 1X: Being Vulnerable Is Secret to Being Strong and Meeting Your Authentic Human Needs
What is the antidote to the process of striving to be perfect (and striving to “have it all”) so we can win the admiration of others? Why is it important for us to face our true selves and not get caught up in creating false selves governed by the demands of our egos? How do we stop focusing so much of our energy on attracting external approval and gain, and start being who we really are? In this Discovery Mission, you are given an opportunity to answer questions about the kinds of situations in your life that make you feel vulnerable. You are encouraged to love yourself, rather than loving our image or your capabilities alone. You are also encouraged to embrace your vulnerability, which is the container for the development of your strength. When you stand in your vulnerability, you can see and feel the illusions you have created about yourself and your purpose in the world. You will see that your greatest enemy is your inner perception, not your ego.
In this Dialogue, we answer the question: Do men still dominate the most influential corporations and companies in the world? While men most certainly have much to offer the world when it comes to their business expertise, women also have much to offer.
You will consider why gender balance is important in a corporate business environment when it comes to enhancing company leadership, decision-making, and governance processes.
You are encouraged to know and remember that business performance is important to all companies, but not if its overarching aim is to place corporate profits before the health of people and the planet.
What are the reasons why women haven’t been considered for more corporate roles? Is there a basic prejudice, or is it more complex than that?
You will have the opportunity to think about why and how we would benefit from having more female leaders in the world of business and determine what qualities women can bring to the world of business that men may not be able to bring.
There is a growing number of women who have started or are starting businesses whose missions address social, environmental, and personal health issues. This is good news for people and the planet.
