Course Description

A processed, carbohydrate-rich diet can contribute to, or exacerbate modern-day health conditions like gut dysbiosis, "Leaky Gut", and Candida Yeast Syndrome. These conditions (which may stem from underlying viruses and unhealthy forms of gut bacteria) have been linked to fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, skin rashes, arthritis, and even neurological conditions such as autism. There may not be as obvious a link to them as say, sugar and diabetes, but the connections between various foods and health do exist! In this mini-course, you'll learn more about the diet and lifestyle factors contributing to these conditions, and discover the importance of cleaning up your diet and cultivating a healthier gut microbiome.
