The word neurodiversity refers to the diversity of all people, but it is often used in the context of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), as well as other neurological or developmental conditions such as ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, or learning challenges. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a mental health condition (also recognized as a sub-set of Autism) that affects people of all ages and walks of life, and occurs when a person gets caught in a cycle of obsessions and compulsions.
