Course Description

The word neurodiversity refers to the diversity of all people, but it is often used in the context of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), as well as other neurological or developmental conditions such as ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, or learning challenges. In this recipe bundle, I share 175 taste-pleasing recipes (in PDF download format) that I prepare from organic, whole foods. (Post my colorful graphics on your refrigerator door for culinary inspiration.) The recipes are free of wheat, dairy, sugar, soy, and unhealthy oils, the ingredients that are most often responsible for causing gut and brain inflammation in all individuals. In addition to the recipes offered, you will get access to a variety of colorful, text-rich infographics that support you in learning about (and teaching those in your care) the value of eating whole foods and creating an eco-friendly kitchen. You'll also get access to my 4-Part audio which features a conversation between me and my son, as we explore his neurodiverse brain and I offer him diet and lifestyle tips to support his wellness. Infographics featuring helpful, radical self-care tips are included.
